Your leadership will be essential in delivering a successful project that meets both organizational standards and client expectations.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field8 years of experience in project managementExperience with project management software, such as Microsoft ProjectStrong understanding of project life cycle and project management methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience in sustainable design projectsExperience in the construction industryResponsibilities:Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate project activities and ensure that all project team members are aware of their responsibilitiesMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are metPrepare and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, meeting minutes, and project schedulesCommunicate project status to stakeholders and ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetSkills:As a Project Manager, you will utilize your skills in sustainable design, project coordination, project planning, project scheduling, project documentation, project administration, and project management software on a daily basis.
