We are seeking a full-time Information Systems Specialist to design, implement, and oversee technology solutions that bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams, communicate complex technical concepts, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer challenges and objectives.
Wellzesta offers health and wellness technology solutions that combat social isolation, nurture sales, and reduce employee turnover in eldercare. The Wellzesta platform is a comprehensive front-of-house engagement solution for senior living communities that involves resident- and staff-facing apps, cloud-based backing services, and hardware for digital signage. Wellzesta’s engagement software for senior living increases operational efficiency by 10x through resident self-service, automation, and workflows, so that communities can promote resident well-being and grow.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Function as the technical liaison between Client Success, Sales, and Product/Engineering teams.
- Client-Focused Discovery: Engage with client stakeholders during the sales process to understand client’s hardware and software stack, current challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Solution Design: Define the functional requirements for hardware and software architecture and recommend Wellzesta product solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
- Implementation Enablement & Support: Define the technical deployment specifications and roadmap and perform installation/implementation of identified technical solutions in collaboration with the overall client onboarding strategy.
- Optimization: Monitor solution effectiveness post-implementation, making adjustment recommendations to improve performance and business outcomes and communicating product improvement needs to the Product team.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support for technical issues, collaborating with the Client Success team.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Wellzesta products and industry technology to serve as a trusted advisor for clients and internal teams.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to critically evaluate business problems and design effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and developing creative solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align solutions with broader organizational and customer goals.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product/Engineering, and Client Success teams.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in technical installation, technical consulting, or a related role.
- Proficiency with modern digital tooling, such as CRM platforms, Notion, Slack, etc.
- Must be able to travel for client installations and technical support.
Up to 10 days per month (non-consecutive) to a community in the USA to perform technical implementation and support.
