Pay Rate: $17.13 - $17.82/hour
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

We serve individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) , Serious Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) , and Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) .

What You’ll Do
As a Community Living Support professional, you’ll help individuals build skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities. Your role includes:
- Supporting individuals based on their Person-Centered Plan
- Teaching daily living skills like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care
- Assisting with community inclusion and social activities
- Advocating for individuals and promoting recovery principles
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following agency guidelines
- Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within our service area
- Valid Michigan driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and good driving record
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders is valued
