NOW HIRING: Home Health Physical Therapist
📍 King County, WA (Bellevue Area)
Looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with patients in their own homes.
✅ Competitive Pay: $50.00–$67.45/hour (DOE)
✅ Flexible Schedule: Full-time, field-based position with autonomy over your day
✅ Manageable Caseload: 20–21 visits/week with a PTA or 25 visits/week independently
✅ Meaningful Patient Care: Build one-on-one relationships with adult and geriatric patients in their homes
✅ Established Home Health Team: Join a supportive clinical organization with opportunities for long-term growth
📅 Start Date: ASAP
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will administer physician-prescribed physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, in accordance with the plan of care and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager. You will work to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities and return individuals to their optimum functional level within their capabilities.
