What are the responsibilities and job description for the CADT Manager position at WELLSTONE?
Job Description: The CADT Manager will manage the Child/Adolescent Day Treatment program and will work closely with the state concerning the Child Nutrition Program while meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and supervise operations of the Child / Adolescent Day Treatment program.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee and family complaints, questions regarding the program, DHR notifications, etc.
- Report DHR notifications, complaints and resolutions, facility needs, staff issues and other program issues to the NOVA Director for informational purposes and/or guidance.
- Gather information regularly from Teachers, Teacher's Aides and Therapists regarding client progress and report accordingly to the NOVA Director.
- Provide the NOVA Director weekly census numbers.
- Meet with guardians, parents, etc. on a regular basis to provide feedback.
- Run and review reports pertaining to Treatment Plans, Productivity, CANS, Timesheets, Leave Requests and other reports when necessary and/or requested.
- Perform clinical and crisis interventions as necessary.
- Ensure programs adhere to Center, State, Local and Federal Guidelines.
- Market, grow and develop new services in accordance with leadership guidance.
- Fill in as a Teacher or Therapist when necessary.
- Prepare for conduct / attend staff meetings
- Interview and select candidates for openings.
- Address staff issues in a timely manner and provide job coaching and disciplinary actions per assessments with the NOVA Director.
- Complete other duties assigned.

What we're looking for:
- Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- 2 - 5 years of experience working with children and adolescent
- Supervisory experience preferred
