As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry team, you will provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to cultural diversity. You will coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care, promoting a respectful, inclusive clinical environment. Your role will include participating in performance improvement, research, and shared governance, while upholding all healthcare system policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the Nursing Process using evidence-based practice, analytical/critical thinking, and ensuring individualized care
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care consistent with population-specific characteristics
- Participate in interdisciplinary communication methods, timely documentation, and promotion of a respectful, inclusive clinical environment
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration, practicing in a fiscally responsible manner and promoting recruitment and retention of healthcare team members
We require an Associate's Degree in nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in nursing, along with 5 years of RN experience. You must hold a valid RN license and BLS certification.
