Job Summary:
The Office Supervisor (OS) position under the direct supervision of the Office Manager II or Practice Manager plays an integral role within the WellStar Health System as they are a leader that integrates patient experience, operational effectiveness, cultural integration, and system outcomes. As a member of the WellStar Medical Group, the OS is directly responsible for the overall office operations including directing daily clinical and business functions.
The OS will plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day operations of a WellStar Medical Group practice. OS is also responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies associated with WellStar Health System and WellStar Medical Group.
Required Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Associates is Preferred
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 2 years years of work experience in a healthcare, medical office, or physician practice is Required Experience supervising in an ambulatory healthcare setting or hospital operational setting Preferred
