Acute Agency Nurse Job Description
This is a night shift position at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, requiring an Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of experience.
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment; planning; implementation and evaluation)
- Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapting service delivery to cultural diversity
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care promoting professional care delivery model
Responsibilities include exemplifying practice and outcomes, bedside shift report, and updating patients on their goals. This role also involves serving as a preceptor and/or mentor for other nurses and staff members, promoting evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in nursing or a Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred, along with relevant RN experience and required licenses and certifications.
