Wellspring Preschool is hiring a Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our Christ-centered early childhood education team in Sisters, Oregon. This role is ideal for a nurturing, dependable educator who is passionate about working with young children in a faith-based preschool environment.

Preschool Teacher Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom
- Teach children using age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support social, emotional, academic, and spiritual development
- Implement positive classroom management strategies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow Oregon childcare licensing rules and safety regulations
Preschool Teacher Qualifications
- Experience working with young children (preschool or early childhood setting preferred)
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet Oregon preschool teacher qualification requirements
- Familiarity with state-certified daycare operations is a plus

Schedule & Pay
- Part-Time Preschool Teacher
- Tuesday–Thursday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- $19–$22 per hour
- Start Date: January 6, 2026
