Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to maintain their independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Must pass background checks and health screenings.
- Illinois driver's license required. Driving record will be verified
