Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. This role involves a range of duties including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.


• Perform medical procedures as required and provide necessary treatments.


• Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.


• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.


• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.


• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.


• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.


• Clinical experience in the relevant specialty area.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
