Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements
COVID Vaccination required.
Must have 1 year of Cardiac experience and 2 years of MS experience.
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.
Must have recent Travel experience.
Recent EPIC Experience, Within The Past 12 Months Required.
Unit Information: HCU is considered an intermediate care unit and sees a variety of patients other than cardiac such as sepsis, respiratory failure, stroke, etc.
31 beds. Patient populations include: heart failure, heart surgery and other thoracic surgeries, pacemaker placements, ablations, TAVRs, cardiac caths, MI, hypertension urgency, sepsis, respiratory failure, strokes, and many medical overflow patients as well. Nurses on the night shift typically have 4-5 patients
