Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves the evaluation of patients, the development of personalized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.


• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.


• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.


• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to provide comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).


• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).


• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.


• Flexibility to adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and varying patient needs.
