Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services compliant with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.


• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.


• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.


• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Techs in accordance with practice acts.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to enhance patient outcomes.


• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).


• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).


• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.


• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
