Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This position requires strong clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional respiratory care to our pediatric patients.

• Provide respiratory therapy services to neonates in a NICU setting.


• Conduct clinical assessments and implement appropriate respiratory care plans.


• Administer treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.


• Monitor patient condition and document progress accurately.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.


• Participate in self-scheduling practices to balance work-life needs.

• Must have Level 4 NICU experience.


• Cardiac PICU experience is preferred.


• Certifications required: RRT, BLS, and NRP.


• ACCS certification is preferred.


• Must be able to work nights, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week.


• Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.


• Must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays.


• A valid state license is necessary; a Virginia license pending is acceptable if a temporary license can be obtained before starting.
