Job Description:
Wellspring Gardens is currently seeking a compassionate, experienced caregiver to join our team. This role involves caring for a small number of residents in a warm, single-family home environment. We’re looking for individuals who brings both skill and heart to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Use of a Hoyer lift (experience preferred)
- Prepare simple, healthy meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Engage residents with creative, thoughtful activities during shifts
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all individuals
Qualifications:
- Caregiving experience required
- Experience with individuals with special needs is a plus
- Comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to lead activities independently
- Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing attitude
