Per Diem LPN's- Residential Behavioral Health setting

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Per Diem LPN's to join our team at a residential behavioral health facility on a per-diem (as needed) basis.
We offer shift differentials for weekend, holiday, and overnight hours. Shift differentials can add $2/hr. to $4/hr. to the base rate.
Who we are:
Wellspring and Arch Bridge School aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for young adult women and adolescent girls to overcome mental health and emotional difficulties.
Functions:
- Promote and maintain a therapeutic environment in a residential setting.
- Asses, manage and prioritize health problems appropriate to client populations served by Wellspring and in accordance with best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatment in accordance with Wellspring Policies, procedures and best practices.
- Document and communicate accurately any health issues of residents.
- Manage health problems that arise and appropriately administer care for medical and psychiatric orders.
- Assessing, managing and prioritizing health problems appropriate to client populations.
- Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Current and active license in the State of Connecticut (LPN).
- All nurses must maintain current CPR Certification and the requirements for licensure, certification and or registration and or related work experience required or needed to fulfill this requirement.
- Two years experience in psychiatric nursing or related experience preferred.

Shift Schedule:
This position is for per diem (as needed) coverage. Typical day/hours will be discussed during initial pre-employment screening process.
