Nurse Practitioner (Functional Medicine + Hormone Replacement Therapy)

Wellspot Functional Medicine is a boutique practice focused on root-cause medicine, hormone optimization, and whole-person care. We prioritize meaningful patient relationships and provide the time and support needed to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Our sister company, WellSpot IV, expands our care model through IV therapy services, creating additional opportunities for patient support and clinical involvement.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in functional medicine and hormone replacement therapy who is ready to be part of a growing, mission-driven clinic.

This is a hybrid, part-time role with strong potential to grow into a full-time position for the right provider.

During onboarding and training, most time will be spent in-clinic. After training is complete, the schedule will include a mix of:

• In-clinic days (typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Telemedicine days working remotely

• Provide functional medicine and hormone replacement therapy care
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Manage follow-up care and ensure strong continuity with patients
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-touch care experience

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide brief assessments and touchpoints for WellSpot IV patients as needed
• Rotate between in-clinic care and telemedicine visits
• Work alongside a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner supporting IV services and broader clinical care

In addition to hormone and thyroid optimization, we manage more advanced functional medicine cases including:

• Tickborne disease
• Chronic viral infections
• Gastrointestinal disorders
• Autoimmune conditions
• Environmental and toxin-related illness
• Integrative Cancer Care (Primarily through our IV division) 

Experience in these areas is highly preferred.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• At least 2 years of experience in functional medicine and or hormone replacement therapy
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
• Experience with complex chronic illness is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in both in-person and telemedicine environments
• Tech savvy and able to navigate digital systems efficiently
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and proactive in managing responsibilities
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a glass half full attitude
• Alignment with a faith-forward practice environment

• Visit times average 30 minutes to 1 hour
