What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Consultant II position at WellSky?

WellSky is seeking a Clinical Consultant II to join our team. A Clinical Consultant is responsible for the coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software to clients implementing WellSky NetSolutions. Ensures project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients to a post-implementation client experience program during the professional services engagement.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Work directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel learning and conducting implementation tasks through the life cycle of the project.
  • Organize client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks of each phase are executed properly.
  • Deliver end-user training to maximize use of their system.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedures to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition.
  • Organize requirements gathering sessions, including business process workflow design and mapping.
  • Exercise judgement within defined procedures to take appropriate action
  • Apply learned techniques to investigate and solve general problems for clients.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years related work experience.
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Required clinical credentials for care setting (i.e. RN, LPN, PharmD, PT, ect)

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with long-term care.
  • Existing interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve challenging issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience with NetSolutions software.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
