Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support core processing activities within our business operations environment. The ideal candidate will bring previous Wells Fargo operations experience and familiarity with processing workflows, queues, and industry systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt within a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform operational and securities-processing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Work efficiently out of multiple queues to meet established service-level expectations.
Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure timely and effective completion of work.
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Assist in documenting procedures, operational changes, and process enhancements.
Utilize Smart Station, Beta, and other internal systems (experience preferred).
Manage day-to-day tasks while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Previous experience in operations; Wells Fargo operations experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of the securities industry and securities processing/operations.
Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to quickly learn business operations, procedures, and processing requirements.
Ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and support implementation of change, including documentation.
Experience working with Smart Station and Beta systems. (preferred)
Experience processing work out of operational queues. (preferred)
