Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/UAT Test Analyst to support testing activities for enterprise Benefits Administration solutions, including both SAS-based and .NET-based systems. This role will play a critical part in ensuring solution quality through structured testing processes, defect tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Execute Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Benefits Administration applications.
Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
Validate functionality for SAS and .NET-based applications to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders during testing cycles.
Support test planning, test data preparation, and test execution reporting.
Participate in UAT coordination, including working closely with business users.
Create and maintain testing documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:

Proven experience performing QA and UAT testing.
Hands-on experience testing SAS-based solutions and .NET applications.
Strong experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in Benefits Administration systems or domain knowledge. (preferred)
Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and SDLC processes.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and support multiple testing cycles.
