Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform & Business Process Automation Consultant to support strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, workflow automation, and adoption of AI-enabled business solutions. This role will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify operational improvement opportunities, design scalable automation solutions, and drive the successful implementation of Microsoft ecosystem technologies including Power Platform, SharePoint, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 tools.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business process improvement experience, serving as a trusted advisor in delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, governance, collaboration, and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power Apps applications, and Power BI reporting solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities that drive measurable operational efficiencies.

• Facilitate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled capabilities, and Power Platform solutions across business teams.

• Establish and support governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for Power Platform and related technologies.

• Analyze current-state business processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

• Design and optimize workflows that improve productivity, data quality, and user experience.

• Administer and enhance SharePoint environments to support collaboration, document management, and business processes.

• Drive change management and user adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication efforts.

• Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

• Develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics capabilities that provide actionable business insights.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related experience.

• Experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

• Strong experience with business process analysis, workflow design, and process improvement initiatives.

• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technology solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate effectively with leaders at all organizational levels.

• Microsoft Power Platform expertise including:

  • Power Automate

  • Power Apps

  • Power BI

  • SharePoint

  • Microsoft 365

• Power BI development experience.

• Power Automate workflow development experience.

• Business Process Automation expertise.

• Workflow Design and Optimization experience.

• SharePoint Administration and Collaboration Solutions experience.

• Continuous Process Improvement background.

• Experience leading adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business solutions.

• Experience establishing governance models and best practices for Power Platform implementations.

• Demonstrated success driving stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and organizational change initiatives.
