What You'll Do
AI Platform & Agent Development
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale multi-agent AI orchestration platforms.
Build intelligent automation frameworks that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and AI development tools.
Design agent-based workflows that leverage LLMs, reasoning engines, and automation capabilities.
Full-Stack Application Development
Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
Build scalable, intuitive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
Deliver high-quality software solutions from concept through production deployment.
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and platform evolution.
Collaboration & Innovation
Partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities and productivity solutions.
Technical Leadership
Drive solution scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.
Influence architecture and implementation decisions for strategic AI initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence.

Full-Stack Engineering
7 years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Python
Java
JavaScript

React.js
Next.js
Tailwind CSS
Bootstrap
Experience designing and building modern, responsive web applications.
Generative AI & Agent Engineering
2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
Experience working with AI agent frameworks such as:
ADK
OpenAI Agent Frameworks
LangChain
LangGraph
Similar AI orchestration technologies
Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI application architecture.
Enterprise Software Development
5 years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
Experience building API-driven systems and distributed architectures.
Strong problem-solving and software design skills.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience deploying applications on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience building and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
