Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the legal remedies team by pulling media for loans that will support the litigation process of defaulted accounts.
- Access various systems to gather media items and then combine documents into PDF using Adobe Reader.
- Partner with legal remedies team and external law firms.
- Assist with creating and completing reports in Excel.
- Assist with ad hoc legal remedy projects.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Ability to perform research and analysis while following specific procedures.
- Experience with Adobe Reader (preferred)
- User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
- Must be highly organized
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to partner with internal team and external law firms.
