Responsibilities:
A team of Customer Service Escalation Representatives required, the team will be identifying customers and their account information, view military documentation to identify key dates, and determine eligibility. The team will participate in the Quality Control (QC) to complete a 100% blind review of cases worked by IID.
Qualifications:

Financial services, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Military experience, including understanding of different types of military orders, understanding of SCRA, analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, ability to execute operational processes, maintain service standards, and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced high-volume environment, experience leveraging multiple systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
