Summary:
The Associate Operations Processor supports daily Lockbox Operations by processing customer payments and correspondence in a high-volume production environment. This role is responsible for document preparation, payment processing, transaction verification, data entry, balancing work, and resolving routine exceptions while meeting productivity, quality, and service level expectations.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming payments and customer correspondence
Sort, prepare, review, and distribute documents for processing
Perform accurate data entry and transaction verification
Balance completed work and identify routine exceptions
Operate and support electronic or mechanical processing equipment
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Follow operational procedures, controls, and compliance requirements
Partner with team members and leadership to support daily operational needs
Meet established productivity and quality standards
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
6 months of operations support experience
Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, email, and navigating multiple systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage workload and meet production deadlines
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Experience in Lockbox Operations, Payment Processing, or Banking Operations (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Financial services experience (preferred)
