WHAT YOULL DO
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and engage a diverse pool of candidates
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring process
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Previous equivalent experience will be considered
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions within a construction/manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in using recruitment software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel to various plant locations
