Duties

- Apply siding materials such as vinyl, wood, or stucco to residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform tile laying tasks with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Engage in trim carpentry and frame carpentry to enhance building structures.
- Conduct masonry work as needed for structural integrity and design purposes.
- Read and interpret schematics to execute projects according to specifications.
- Estimate project costs accurately for budgeting purposes.
- Restore existing roofing and siding systems to extend their lifespan and improve functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site while following all safety protocols.
