What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lunch Monitor Teaching Assistant position at Wells Road Intermediate School?
Wells Road Intermediate School is seeking candidates for the position of Lunch Monitor Teaching Assistant. The responsibilities of a school lunch/recess monitor include monitoring students and their behavior during meals in the lunchroom; referring behavioral issues to the principal/assistant principal or designated teacher.
Position is 5 days a week and/or when school is in session.
Regular school day- 10:25-1:35
Early Release day- 10:10-12:50
Salary per 2025-2026 salary for Tier 1 Teaching Assistants: $19.68/hour.
