Responsibilities

• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on units, trimmers, and edgers with precision and efficiency
• Deliver consistent, high-quality mowing patterns and clean property finishes
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure peak performance
• Follow strict safety protocols and company standards
• Work productively as part of a high-performing crew
• Contribute to work efficiency and overall quality control
• Represent the company professionally on client properties

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in residential or commercial lawn care (more preferred)
• Strong experience operating commercial-grade mowing equipment
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Mandatory drug screening and 7-year background check (no felonies)
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying conditions for extended periods
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
