Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Design Research & Strategy and contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management functional area deliverables
- Plan and execute various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing and observational studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user needs and behaviors
- Evaluate research findings to identify user pain points, motivations and preferences, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for product teams, design teams and business partners
- Develop personas and journey maps based on research data to communicate user insights effectively across teams
- Work closely with designers, product managers and developers to integrate user insights int the product lifecycle, ensuring that user needs are prioritized in design decisions
- Share research results and recommendations with stakeholders through presentations and reports, fostering a user-centered culture across the organization

- Experience in the following: communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic, and visual arts
- Experience developing and executing UX research strategies through the use of various UX research tactics (e.g., developing personas, experience mapping, conducting contextual user research and UX measurement activities)
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments, with a proven understanding of how to apply the Agile methodology to the user journey
- Experience working in a complex, highly regulated environment
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced user of MS Office suite
- Highly proficient with FigJam and Condens
