In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/3 production support for Automated Credit, Rewards, and Credit Card Hub applications
- Monitor production systems and ensure system stability and uptime
- Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL)
- Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job executions
- Partner with Production Control to restart and recover failed jobs
- Respond to business user requests and application team needs
- Maintain and update incident tracking (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)
- Monitor and respond to application group mailboxes
- Document incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-up
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support
- JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, Mainview
- File tools: File Manager, File Analyzer, EZTRIEV
- Experience with ticketing and documentation tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence or similar)
- Ability to work in a high-volume, production-critical environment
