Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the overall test strategy, including functional, integration, API, UI testing, ensuring alignment with business, security, and AI quality goals.
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks supporting:
- UI test automation
- API test automation
- Serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for hands on automation and targeted manual testing, particularly for complex or high-risk scenarios.
- Integrate automated functional into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Validate AI driven capabilities, including:
- Data quality and integrity
- Model output behavior and consistency
- Optional testing of AI based chatbots and conversational interfaces
- Collaborate with developers and product owners early in the lifecycle to ensure testability and well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and offshore QA engineers.
- Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, ensuring consistent quality standards and execution.
- Proactively identify quality and performance risks and drive mitigation prior to production release.

- Software testing experience with complex, web-based applications.
- Proven experience operating as a senior individual contributor, owning quality outcomes end to end.
- Strong hands-on experience with manual testing and advanced test automation.
- Demonstrated expertise in: UI test automation, API test automation
- Hands on experience with Playwright for UI and/or API automation (preferred) or equivalent modern frameworks with the ability to adopt Playwright quickly.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong programming skills in C#
- Experience with BDD principles and writing scenarios using Gherkin.
- Experience integrating automated functional into CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of: Functional, integration, system testing, End to end testing, non functional testing
- Strong experience with Git based version control.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore teams.
- Experience with performance testing, including: Load, stress, and endurance testing
- Performance analysis and tuning collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience using JMeter and BlazeMeter for scalable, cloud based performance execution.
- Experience with SpecFlow and/or Reqnroll.
- Familiarity with Micro Focus ALM Octane for test management.
- Experience executing tests at scale using Lambda Test HyperExecute.
- Experience testing cloud native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and data driven systems.
- Experience testing AI based chatbots or conversational AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI assisted coding/testing tools.
