Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management as needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Provide general office support to staff and management as needed
- Open and distribute mail and ensure timely delivery of correspondence

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Experience working in a financial services, banking, insurance, or professional office environment
