Responsibilities:
- Document test cases based on requirements
- Record test progress and results
- Identify and track issues throughout testing
- Perform manual and automated testing
- Consult with business and technology partners to resolve testing issues
- Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

- 3 years of Quality Assurance / Testing experience
- Strong QA fundamentals: test planning, execution, defect management, SDLC/STLC
- Hands‑on experience in manual and/or automated testing
- Proficiency in defect tracking and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Octane, Confluence)
- Deep knowledge of ISO payment standards
- ISO 20022 (XML messages like pacs, camt for RTP/Fed/SWIFT/CHP)
- Solid understanding of payment lifecycles (initiation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation)
- Experience testing payment systems, gateways, APIs, message flows, and databases
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Background in banking, fintech, or financial services preferred
