Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
- Manage and enhance user lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) across enterprise systems.
- Configure and support provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation workflows.
- Perform OIM/SOA/WebLogic upgrades (12c to 14c) and platform maintenance.
- Execute system migrations across virtual environments and data centers.
- Integrate OIM with:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- RACF systems
- Databases (SQL)
- HR systems and enterprise applications
- Develop and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance frameworks.
- Implement security policies including password management and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve provisioning issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and performance tuning within OIM/WebLogic environments.
- Support audit and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
- Work with business stakeholders to define access requirements and governance policies.

- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including:
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- PBAC (Policy-Based Access Control)
- Provisioning & reconciliation
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Experience working with OIM connectors:
- Active Directory / LDAP
- RACF
- Databases (SQL)
- WebLogic Server
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite.
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise IAM implementations. (preferred)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes. (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic administration and IAM architecture. (preferred)
- Experience in performance tuning and system optimization. (preferred)
