Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large-scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.
The Marketing Coordinator - Project Management is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across the Public Affairs organization. This role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational requirements by driving cross-functional collaboration, managing timelines, allocating resources, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
This role serves as the operational hub for marketing execution, ensuring strategic initiatives move seamlessly from planning through deployment while maintaining strong governance, collaboration, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects.
• Develop, manage, and monitor end-to-end project timelines for strategy, creative, execution, and deployment teams.
• Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and asset trackers to ensure timely delivery and successful launch of marketing initiatives.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor resources within Microsoft Planner to optimize team capacity, project efficiency, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment among business partners, marketing teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track leadership review and approval processes to support project milestones and launch readiness.
• Oversee final creative asset management, including storage and governance within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; escalate issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Monitor project performance and proactively recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors, agencies, researchers, and other third-party partners.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, workflows, and reporting practices.

4+ yrs Project Management (large scale campaigns) experience
• Strong project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and timeline management skills.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and drive projects to completion.
• Knowledge of marketing campaign development, creative production workflows, and asset management processes.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
