- Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Provide vision and expertise for companywide business solutions.

- Experience in Financial Services and matrixed environments.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus.
