Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Auto Lending Risk organization. This role is part of the Strategy, Planning and Governance team, you will align to testing, audit and exam engagement coordination while sharing responsibility horizontally across the team.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Auto Lending Risk organization. This role is part of the Strategy, Planning and Governance team, you will align to testing, audit and exam engagement coordination while sharing responsibility horizontally across the team.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, for and coordinate testing, audit and regulatory exam engagements, including:
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to optimize the data request process to ensure complete, accurate, timely and consistent responses
- Developing and executing corrective actions using project management skills and risk acumen
- Enable risk and control infrastructure process design and improvement, including:
- Assisting in developing standards, procedures, and core competencies to establish an end-to-end process for all data and documentation requests
- Proactively identifying issues and root causes, then working partners in Risk and Control functions to ensure appropriate actioning thus reducing risk exposure
- Review and draft procedures in line with control and policy requirements
- Develop and present status updates, issues / challenges / risks and solutions to senior management, stakeholders and partners in a succinct manner to drive decision-making and actions
- Facilitation of risk oversight and governance on multiple enterprise wide risk programs, including, ERIA, PSR, NBI
- Ad hoc project management to facilitate business needs, including developing timelines, presentations, meeting coordination, critical thinking of deliverables and outcomes
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
- Demonstrated skill in relationship building with peer stakeholders and internal clients at varying degrees of seniority
- Proficiency in communication skills, including proven ability to create executive presentations and complete data analyses (quantitative and qualitative) that articulate complex concepts I a clear manner
- Ability to influence executive decision-making and distill complex sets of information and concepts into digestible and actionable information
- Experience with process design and improvement, drafting business requirements, risk exposure, RCSA and regulatory engagement
