This is a data analytics role, not a project management position. The team will not execute access changes, but will identify, analyze, and recommend improvements to support a least‑privilege, need‑to‑know access model. All work must be completed by year‑end.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze access provisioning data used during employee onboarding to determine appropriate role‑based system access.
- Inventory and assess all existing access matrices across Wholesale Operations to identify alignment, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
- Pull and analyze all access entitlements within Wholesale Operations, evaluating whether access should be:
- Standard role‑based access, or
- One‑off / exception‑based access
- Work with very large data sets, using advanced Excel techniques to compare entitlements across lines of business and sub‑business lines.
- Identify opportunities to standardize access so that users with the same roles have consistent access regardless of line of business.
- Apply critical thinking to uncover gaps, risks, or access scenarios not previously identified by leadership, and raise concerns as appropriate.
- Develop data‑backed recommendations aligned to the strategy controlled by a single business unit.
- Prepare PowerPoint updates for senior leadership, including concise summaries of findings, plans, and recommendations.
- Participate in weekly KPI progress reviews.
- Support ad‑hoc analytical requests related to access reduction and need‑to‑know principles.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Formulas
- Pivot tables
- VLOOKUP
- Experience analyzing large, complex data sets with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound recommendations based on data trends.
- Technical aptitude, including experience working with approved AI tools (specific tool TBD).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings, next steps, and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage workload independently to meet year‑end deadlines.
