Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate closing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans
- Reconcile recording fees, identify variances, and ensure discrepancies are resolved or properly documented
- Perform detailed review of non‑numeric disclosure data to ensure accuracy and correct presentation
- Confirm required information was disclosed correctly and supported by appropriate documentation
- Validate supporting materials, including (but not limited to): Credit reports / Closing documentation /Recording and fee-related documents
- Research issues, inconsistencies, or missing information and take appropriate corrective action
- Document findings clearly and accurately within internal systems
- Support smaller disclosure‑related processes as assigned
- Maintain quality and productivity expectations in a time‑tracked operations environment

- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues
- Proficiency using computers and multiple systems in an office/operations setting
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a production‑driven environment where time is tracked
- Strong attention to detail, especially in non‑numeric content review
- Effective problem‑solving skills
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly; training is provided internally
- Professional experience working in an office or operations environment (cubicle setting preferred)
