In This Role, You Will

• Provide support for WellsOne customers
• Coordinate and execute the distribution of commercial cards to designated customers.
• Maintain and update customer address information to ensure accurate delivery.
• Provide card shipment tracking details upon request to internal teams or customers.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the WellsOne Service team to resolve inquiries and support card-related processes.
• Help with customer associated risk management
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Receive direction from leaders
• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with WellsOne Commercial Card
• Knowledge and familiarity of WellsOne Cardroom policies, procedures and process
• Knowledge of TSYS , FedEx Ship Manager, Excel workbook tools
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products; especially Outlook and Excel
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  
  

Job Expectations:

• Position schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Must be available to work overtime, as needed
• No hybrid schedule available
• Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
