Wells Fargo Payments Operations Change Delivery is seeking a User Acceptance Testing Manager who is responsible for leading and overseeing User Acceptance Testing activities to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and are production-ready. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and delivery leadership to plan, execute, and govern UAT across multiple initiatives.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead end-to-end UAT strategy, planning, and execution for medium to large initiatives
- Manage UAT timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to support overall delivery milestones
- Partner with business stakeholders to define UAT approach, entry/exit criteria, and acceptance standards
- Oversee test case design, execution, defect management, and status reporting
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and UAT test coverage
- Identify and escalate risks, defects, and quality concerns with clear mitigation recommendations
- Establish and enforce UAT governance, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate across technology, operations, and change teams to support release readiness
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or technology delivery
- 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3 years Management or leadership experience
- 3 years of experience leading UAT efforts for complex business or technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and release management
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience with defect management and test management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in large, matrixed enterprise environments
- Financial services, regulated industry, or risk-based testing experience
- Experience leading multiple UAT workstreams concurrently
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
- Ability to operate with limited supervision
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience partnering effectively across business and technology teams
- Ability to adhere to enterprise testing and risk standards
