Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote
Compensation: $35-40/hr is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related area, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Ability to support low-complexity, low-risk initiatives and tactical tasks within a Business Execution environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and track work from intake through completion.
- Proven ability to follow direction while exercising sound judgment within defined parameters.
- Experience reviewing and applying policies, procedures, and compliance requirements as required for assigned tasks.
- Strong organizational and task-tracking skills to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including:
- Outlook
- Excel
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams and related Office products
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to provide accurate information to client personnel.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while building functional knowledge over time.
Salary : $35 - $40
