CAO (Chief Administrative Office) Technology has the responsibility for overall strategy and Planning, technology delivery and execution for Data Services & Solutions, Corporate Properties, Supply chain Management, Corporate Security, Enterprise Resiliency technology. This group works closely with the CAO Leadership team and with WFT-aligned HR, Finance, Risk and Communications leaders to create competitive advantage and positive customer impact through strong governance, enabling technology transformation and effective business management.
This role will be responsible for coordinating various Business Services functions for CAO Technology. This includes providing direct support of Leadership Team meetings and team events as well as coordinating initiatives across business services teams. The Chief of Staff will have accountability for achieving results through matrix management

In this role, you will:
- Serve an extension of the Head of CAO Technology, acting as a proxy when needed for key meetings to lead complex, innovative, high risk, and diverse initiatives to maintains a pulse on the organization, driving the operational excellence and reduce friction
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business or the enterprise related to Transformation
- Define, plan, develop, and implement or consult on major priorities, processes, or ongoing programs to track progress on delivery
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise to partners and influence across all tech groups as well as key stakeholders and partners, such as Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Communication
- Lead the technology team to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to, business partners, and team members and have the ability to prioritize and think critically on tight deadlines
- Serve as an experienced advisor to more experienced leadership across the technology organizations and business executives to influence execution of deliverables and direction
- 10 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7 years senior leader experience with demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively partner/influence at the senior executive level such as the Operating and or Management Committee or equivalent level
- 7 years of experience with strategic planning in a technology environment
- 7 years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
- Advanced user of MS Teams, establishing and managing channels, files
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills, including the ability to effectively tell a story at an executive level with visual elements using PowerPoint.
- Experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment or financial institution
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents with the ability to note critical takeaways
- Proven ability to understand the needs and interests of different target audiences
- Able to define expected results and outcomes and deliver on commitments
- Works independently while keeping management informed
- Broad knowledge of the IT function and how IT enables the business through effective strategic planning, governance and management discipline
- Demonstrated ability to effectively drive and lead organizational change
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
- Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Advanced organizational skills and project management; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively interface with very senior levels
