What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time CNA position at WELLS FAMILY PRACTICE LLC?

Duties include:
- Compassionate and respectful with patients of all ages
- Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a close-knit office
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, medication history, allergies, chief complaints, and other relevant health information.
- Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture, including blood collection, proper tube selection, labeling, and specimen handling (will train!)
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and routine patient care.
- Process medication refill requests, verify medication information, and communicate with pharmacies and providers as needed.
- Complete and follow up on prior authorizations for medications, referrals and imaging (will train!)
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
