Repack-DICP (1st shift)

This is a 1st shift position

The Repack is responsible for safely and efficiently repacking ice cream products into designated packaging while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety and GMP standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, meeting production goals, and upholding company quality expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Repack ice cream products in the appropriate order according to specifications.
• Inspect product for quality issues, including identifying and removing non-sealed or damaged items.
• Accurately count and verify products quantities to ensure correct package counts.
• Properly place and position products in packaging to prevent damage.
• Ensure all boxes are correctly sealed, labeled, and complaint with company standards.
• Safely unstack products designated for repacking.
• Properly palletize finished goods following pallet configuration standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including personal hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with Table Leads and Supervisors regarding production, quality, or safety concerns.
  
  
  

The base pay range for this position is $20.51 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
