Job Summary:
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, and supporting the daily operations of the apartment community. This role is customer-focused and plays a key part in maintaining occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email
- Conduct property tours and explain apartment features, amenities, and lease terms
- Process rental applications and prepare lease documents
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
- Follow up with prospects to close leases
- Assist with resident requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase occupancy
- Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable
- Work assigned weekends, including Saturdays
Qualifications:
- Prior apartment leasing experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Entrata preferred
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
