The Role: Moving Assistant (MA)
Join WellRive as a Moving Assistant and play a key role in making moves seamless for seniors and families. You’ll assist with packing the client’s current home, unpacking in the new space, and helping create a welcoming environment. Your work can turn anxiety into relief, uncertainty into joy, and a house into a loving home for someone in their golden years. This hands-on, part-time role is perfect for active, dependable people who enjoy helping others.
What You’ll Do
- Pack clients’ current homes carefully and efficiently.
- Unpack and organize belongings in clients’ new homes.
- Help create a welcoming environment by organizing and staging the home, making beds, and stocking cabinets.
- Work alongside Move Managers and professional moving companies.
- Show patience, empathy, and professionalism with every client.
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stay active during projects.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to client care.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence.
