Think of us as “wedding planners of a move”—coordinating every detail from start to finish to make the experience seamless and worry-free.
The Role: Move Manager
As a Move Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate all aspects of a client’s move. From the first phone call to the final picture hung on the wall, you’ll be the point person ensuring everything runs smoothly. You won’t just manage the logistics—you’ll bring calm, organization, and compassion to what can often be an overwhelming time.
This role is hands-on, part-time, and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working directly with people, and finding real satisfaction in seeing a job well done.
What You’ll Do
- Pack, unpack, and set up new homes so everything is ready (beds made, closets organized, cabinets stocked, pictures hung).
- Serve as the main coordinator of each client’s move—start to finish.
- Meet with clients to plan and provide estimates.
- Create floor plans, organize possessions, and coordinate with movers and vendors.
- Supervise and guide team members during moves.
- Problem-solve on the spot when challenges arise.
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone and basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform physical work lifting up to 35 pounds (packing/unpacking, staging, organizing, not heavy lifting).
- Willingness to work part-time hours that vary week to week.
